In order to deepen the publicity of employment policy, ensure that graduates fully understand and master the relevant employment policy and information, and more effectively formulate job search goals and plans, on September 22, 2023 at 14:30, the career talk and mobilization meeting on the employment policy of graduates in 2024 was successfully carried out. More than 200 graduates of our School attended the lecture. The meeting invited Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of the School; Shang Xiaoyan, Career Development and Employment Guidance Center of the Party Committee; Chen Chen, a College veteran, and Wang Xiaolong, an outstanding graduate, to give lectures. It was presided over by Li Lun, the Double Shoulder Counselor, and he also made policy interpretation.

Starting from the employment situation in recent years, Ms. Han Lili helped students understand the current severe situation and the main destinations of our graduates, and then introduced the progress and employment system of BNUBS. He encouraged students to make good use of the official public account information to pay attention to employment information, use the School platform to actively participate in employment activities, and use alumni resources to understand industry information, and said that the School will always start from the needs of students, and effectively do a good job of service and guidance.

With the discussuion of the most troubling problems so far, Teacher Shang Xiaoyan introduced the difference between gravity problem and anchor problem and how to deal with it, so that everyone could understand how to face the problems that may be faced in the future career development with a good attitude. Afterwards, Teacher Shang introduced the specific work of the Career Development and Career Guidance Center. From the interview booking to the career contact group, from the selection and information conference to the hosting of various double selection meetings, the school provided various resources for graduates to help them find jobs smoothly.

After that, Mr. Li introduced relevant employment policies to the students from three aspects. The first is the talent introduction policy of some cities in China and the main policy projects, including the conditions and policies for settling in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen and new first-tier cities such as Chengdu, Hangzhou and Xi 'an. There are also other policy projects related to graduates, such as community-level posts in education, agriculture, health care and poverty relief, special post teachers, volunteer service plan for the West, college students' enlistment, internship programs in international organizations, scientific research administration assistance, and research guarantee. The second is a detailed introduction to the common employment problems of graduates, such as employment preparation, signing of tripartite agreement, transfer of household files, reassignment procedures. The third is to introduce the operation guide and precautions for the students to fill in the employment dispatch system.

It is the ideal and choice of many contemporary young people to join the army and serve the country. Starting from her own experience, Chen Chen introduced the process of joining the army, preferential policies and the growth path of staying in the army. Wang Xiaolong's speech is lively and interesting, and he inspired everyone to take root in grassroots experience and bloom the flowers of youth at grassroots level.

The career talk and mobilization conference not only included policy introduction, but also shared experience, and showed the current employment situation, job search direction, information channels, precautions and other important content for the graduates of 2024 in detail, so that students had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of relevant employment policies and information.
